New application for the management of the social fund for households at risk of water exclusion by means of interconnecting the data of the information systems of the City Council and EMIVASA (Valencian Water Company).

This joint action between the Integral Water Cycle / Emivasa and Social Services, will simplify the bureaoucracy management for avoiding the application of the water supply cut-off due to non payment.

The intention is that it will eventually extend to electric power and gas supplies.

In addition to simplifying bureaucracy management when applying for this social aid, the possible level of fraud might be reduced, for instance, when dealing with illegitimate requests for the social aid .
