One of the functions of the Smart City Office is to collaborate in the transformation of the City Services. Specifically, in the creation of dashboards for the use of municipal staff, with the aim of ensuring better decision-making in management and environmental and economic sustainability of the City.
The Smart City Office leads different teams, city strategy and integration of information systems, which help the corresponding municipal services to define key performance indicators that measure the functioning of the services provided by the City Council to citizens.

CITY DASHBOARD
Since the beginning of 2015, there is a City Dashboard with more than 750 city and service indicators that have been progressively integrated into the platform.
